When stored properly, most fragrances last 3-5 years. Some can last even longer. Signs that a perfume has expired include changes in color, scent, or consistency. We only sell fresh stock to ensure you receive products with maximum shelf life.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. All seals must be intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrances. Returns are free for EU customers.

Yes! If you’d like a different fragrance, we recommend placing a new order for the one you want and returning the original item. This ensures you receive your new fragrance as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
